BLDRHybrid and BLDRStrength are both 60-minute classes designed to maximize your training. Each session begins with a focused warm-up and mobility work to prepare your body for what’s ahead. Your coach will guide you every step of the way, from warm-up to cool-down, ensuring you feel confident, capable, and supported throughout the workout. We’ll help you dial in proper form, offer modifications as needed, and make sure you get the most out of every session.
Both class formats follow the same programming cycles, meaning whichever you choose, you’ll be progressing toward strength gains in our key lifts and movement patterns.
